How to add a web to my second master page if it is having 2 masterpages

Hi.....

This is Gopal. I used two master pages in my website. I selected the first master page as the master page for second master page. Its fine. But the problem is if i want to add a web page it is not creating any content place holders or anything. If i tried to add its giving error.
Simply it shows a tag as "<%--- Add the content controls here---%>" after the @<%page %> directive.

Please help me
