Hi guys,
I'm new to programming world and new to this website too. My question is which is better to study as a new programmer and to get a work. Java EE? .Net? or Web like PHP?

"to get a work", that depends on what work is available in your area, what work will be available when you develop enough skill to get working, your interests and your skills. None of which we can answer.

I would go for the more appealing, just based on personal taste. You know, studying something you are fond of gives the best results.
I would choose .Net.

My opinion is that .Net would be better to learn. Much of what you will learn you could also take into building Windows Apps as well. I believe the job market is better for .Net also and you'll also be doing object-oriented programming instead of just scripting.

But give each a try and see what you like better.
