How in find centroid of black dots in an image?

Hi all..
I have a Gray scaled image of regular black dots having about 2mm diametre in white background.I want to find centroids of all dots. How can i find it? Can anyone help me please?

What I have tried:

i don't know how to start. I want to try it in matlab
