How can I send and receive data through bluetooth

Please tell me how to send and receive data through the Bluetooth of an Android device, the idea is to use the android device as a terminal to control a PIC Micro controller based device

What I have tried:

every search result show Bluetooth send receive file.

Well you cannot do it with eclipse, you would need to write an Android application. See Bluetooth | Android Developers[^]
