Listview - unusual dispaly of file's name

hi to all,

i have added files and folders in list view and set list view's vies as list,

when it displays the files it shows in very wired fashion (no alignment at all)
attaching the image and please tell me what should i do to make it right.

actually i first stores values in the database and then retrieve it from there
