How do I select all checkboxes in slick grid on page load?

Dear Friends,

I have a slick grid in my page which gets loaded with some data and it has checkboxes also.
I have the option of selecting all the checkboxes of the grid rows by clicking on the select all checbox of the grid in header. But my requirement is to select all the data row checkboxes of the grid on page load.

I have tried to search a lot on google to find some code fiddle for this but all in vain.

Could someone help me in this issue?
