Career guidance for dotnet developer

Hi friends

I have 4+ years of experience in dotnet.I have career gap due to marriage but I over comes that Now I technically alright.My problem is my company is sap based company.now I am getting less package what management saying is if I move on to sap SDK and abap they will give some better package.
It takes some time.
What I need is shall I move on to sap SDK or ABAP in the same company or shall I search for another job for good package.

What I have tried:

I don't have any knowledge in sap

We really can't answer this, nobody can.
Are you happy at the company? If not, then yes, look outside.
But if you are, then if they are prepared to retrain you and then increase your package, then that's well worth considering. If they expect you to retrain yourself, then that's a totally different decision: do you want to invest your time and money in your future? Or would you rather stay with what you know and look for C# work elsewhere?

We have no idea - only you can.
Sorry, but there is no "black and white" decision making in this!
