i want to create a new project in visual studio 2017 , but finally i should  give that project to My friend , My friend has visual studio 2013 but i have visual studio 2017 . now how can i create a project in visual studio 2017 and finally opening it on visual studio 2013 without any problems

Solution 1

Why not try it and see what happens? If the project files are not compatible he can create his own project and import just the source files.
