web service composition

I need help in composing web service.
I want to know what procedure to compose web service.
How can one web service can call another web service.
How the algorithm like BPEL workflow implemented in coposition.

I have very little idea on simple web service creation in .Net.
So how should i do the composition in .Net.

But do know the initial steps of creating service.
But i want to know how can webservice call another webservice.
how composition can be done?
