I am not able to check third party cookie is enable or not of my browser. I can check first cookie but not third party.

Solution 1

You can't check cookies of other sites because the browser doesn't send them, it only sends the cookies that relate to your own site. This is for rather obvious security reasons and can't be bypassed. You can't do it using javascript or jQuery either.
