how to perform action on page load

Hi all

I want to invoke action method of form tag on a link.
When we clik on link it will open new page and I want to carry sum values from one page to another.

The main thing is that I want to use get, post and action method.

Problem is that action method is not perform

"how to perform action in this situation"?
