How to resize the selection rectangle, not draw a new one in WPF VB

i am provide the rectangle on image control for crop image. user can resize the rectangle not to draw new one.

What I have tried:

i am done with to provide the rectangle on image control for crop image. but i cant resize the rectangle on run time.
