How do I call WCF service on login button click?

and I also want to pass editText values their Ids are txtserver,txtuser,txtpass
and my loging button id is logon.
How do I Call this url please suggest me some code, To call it from android.

What I have tried:

I have put a breakpoint on createsession, on hiting this url on browser it call the url and comes to breakpoint on visual studio.
