How can I make panel control that's width is larger than 32767 pixel also with scrollbar????
I've tried to move some control's(picturebox) location (39840,1) but when I debuged, I can see this picturebox's position was 32767... -_-
so I think, that was caused by panel control's maximum width...

plz help me...

If you add on what made you try this then might be people can suggest more on it.

It is an 32-bit integer, so you can't set it larger than 2^32-1. Why you would want such a large control is another matter, it sounds like your UI needs a redesign.

2^32-1 = 4294967295.
39840 is certainly smaller than that!

Ooops, quite correct - I autorecognised 32767 = max value of 16-bit signed integer so something related to that is coming into play.
It's still puzzling me why anyone would want a panel that wide, even with a monitor which has a horizontal resolution of 4000px it is still more than 8 monitors wide.
