How do I set a MYSQL database online?

Hello I am a java developer specified in java desktop GUI APPS . Currently am on a project of designing a school result system And I need a way of hosting a MySQL database online like the way sites like dbfree, freemysqlhosting, godaddy host there databases.
I know you'd think renting a hosting website but Its not on my choice I want a place where I can see and data and manage it no offense the other factor is my budget is short to rent another database server..
I currently have no server but I have a number of 7 computers installed with windows 7 Operating system. I cannot afford control panels like c panel,and others. and have 0 knowledge on them whatsoever Please help me...with suggestions, advice and answering the question above thank you
To the technicians out there when answering this am kind of a newbie so try to explain your answer as if your telling it to a child with examples and simple concepts

What I have tried:

Well so far I completely failed in making My MYSQL database online in My mind I want that 1 computer installed at a site will host the database online and the other 6 located at the school installed with the java desktop app will access data from the database when used remove in your mind the backup drama first ALL I NEED IS A WAY OF HOSTING MYSQL ONLINE so that the other 6 computers can also access data from the database Assuming that the computers are part of different networks so far
Currently the program I developed is running locally

Solution 1

If all the computers are connected in a single LAN then you just need to use the correct IP address for the database. Otherwise you can look at HOSTING MYSQL ONLINE - Google Search[^]. And please do not shout.
