Can not load language resource clui.dll in visualstudio2015

My Visual studio 2015 installation problem. Getting error cannot load language resource clui.dll when I build the solution.

What I have tried:

I tried Installed Vs2015 Enterprise 64 bit which 64 bit windows 7os. once it completed the installation. I developed MFC sample project getting this error cannot load language resource clui.dll. Can any one give solution for that ?
