Create pdf from android list view

I tried the way u mention in the post but i didn't get the .getRootView and is that for the layout because i have used this type of xml
<relative>
<relative>

<linear layout>
</linear layout>

it is showing error in the .getRootView method....
what i should do in this case now..

What I have tried:

tried the same method that u have posted on the blog

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article or blog post, then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
