Android application not installed

I have developed Android application.It works fine in my device but when I installed apk in another device it shows an error message as "App not installed": The package appears to be corrupt"

What I have tried:

.I have check google and Installed "APK Editor" but still not solved.Please advise how to solve this issue.....

It could be any one of a million issues, but no one here can guess what is wrong.

How did you attempt this? Is the .apk file a debug or release version?
