Web app development using Python

Hi All!I am trying to develop a web app. using HTML,CSS and Python to connect my front-end with back end which is mysql...But, am not getting how to do that..i mean "How to link my front end with mysql using Python"?? Can anyone suggest me something regarding this? or can provide some online resource where i can learn this portion of web app?
P.S:- I don't want to use any python framework..So, kindly suggest me according to my problem..

I searched looked over youtube videos and other blog..But no where got my solution.
