You have asked a series of nothing up to here...
First of all it would be good to define you platform, what kind of application are you talking about, how user connected to your application...

You have mentioned JavaScript/HTML and exe... So it is not a simple web page, neither a mobile application, but may be Metro application, or an embedded-web-page...
We just can not know, so can not help!
Please stop posting these disconnected sentences of yours and put together a meaningful question.
Also remember that this is a site for those who code, and therefor we speak code mostly... If you have some - even incomplete - code to explain the situation post it too...
