Reverse image search

Hi! Looking to code a site that lets you upload several images and replace each with a similar image from google? I know google reverse search API is deprecated, but is there a way to do this with another Google API? Or on firebase?

What I have tried:

I've been using the Google Vision API, but it's not returning any images.
