WUA iinstallationprogress get_percentagecomplete

I am doing updates with WUA and looking to find out the % complete. The method is available in the OInstallationProgress get_PercentageComplete(long * l) but I do not know how to instantiate the IInstallationProgress related object. What object in the heirachy do I use to get an IInstallationProgress related object?
