Stop reposting this question, no-one is going to take the time to write an entire payment platform integration for you. Consult the documentation that comes with the service you are paying for, they usually come with samples for all major languages. If they are giving you an API but not showing you how to use it then find a better payment provider with better documentation.

In your other questions about this you've also mentioned that you are using WCF, something you have omitted from this question when it might be relevant. You were told to check if that was supported but you haven't seem to have done that so your whole task might be impossible anyway. I simply don't understand why you persist on asking us to do your work for you when this is a service you pay for, make them work for their money.
