Is there anything that can create 3D project?

[Note: I asked about creating 3d file, not to show a project in 3D]

Did anyone created something that can copy(scan) the reality and conc to 3D or higher file?
For example,you can find it in Big Hero 6.

There was a device that scans items and send them to PC as 3D or movable object. I'm searching for this type of gadget or tool.

What I have tried:

Searched on Google. But couldn't explain. So no results about my question.

Maybe the Microsoft Kinect is a tool which may suit your needs. Or this 3D laser scanner project at Github is better. Google has a splinesweep project.

I would try the Microsoft Kinect project. Good luck. Write an article about it. ;-)

They're too low quality. I want something more with high graphics. Well I am planning to create a game based on "Sword art online" (anime+ game).
