Winform on top of start menu or taskbar or other windows

Guys - Open a winform on top of the start menu, taskbar or any window just like screen saver.

I should cover full screen and do not allow hotkeys as well.

Please help.

What I have tried:

Tried full maximized, topmost but looking for some best solution. Sometimes task manager or start menu comes over winform

Solution 1

See Security Blackout Window[^]. It will not stop everything, so you may need to add some Windows hooks to capture keystrokes.
