How can I save PDF file using axacropdf viewer control?

I have PDF document which i opened in AxAcroPDF Viewer. Now i want to save this document in specified location (Database). How can I save this document programmatically in .net? Please help.

What I have tried:

Using itextsharp we can set the values to specific field but we can not able load pdf using itextsharp.
