I m working over POS system using c# windows application in which i need to connect this datalogic scanner 8500Xt and scan the product.
i am using dualTest software for fetching output. but not b able to get the output for any products.

i m using RS232 single cable.!

Please Please Help me for integration.!

i tried to connect with scanlyzer software and also with com test serial software byt not getting the output.!

You should talk to the people who created it - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!

Given it;s a 232 cable, you'll need to open a COM port to connect to it, and provide teh right communications parameters: BPC, stop bits, baud, parity - and then set the control lines how it wants: RTS/CTS, DTR/DTR; then find out how to talk to it: that may just be "listen and it'll pass you the barcode data", but we don't know. They will, and may have sample code to help you.
