Solution 2

Use SSIS, it comes with SQL SERVER 2005 Developer edition. Google the things to learn how to use SSIS so that you can schedule the job for the same which will auto execute.

Ok for that you need to use the Mysql Migration wizard , which you will find in Mysql GUI Tool 5.0 Setup. also for that you need a JRE (Jave Runtime Environment)
