nested insertion pictures

Hello. How do you save these images in such a program can I save by inserting nested. Turks do not know what I'm good I'm sorry for the language:)

These pictures are not essentially nested. You just need to save the pictures, their relative positions and Z-order. My question is: do you need to save whole thing in one file (which is a bit harder), or you can create dedicated directory with several files per each configuration?
