I can't see the bookmark sign beneath the printer sign or anywhere else when reading an article.
Are there some articles which can't be bookmarked at all?
Especially the article 'Simple Software for Optimal Control' by Igor Ladnik has no bookmark sign.

What I have tried:

I have searched Google and the codeproject help - no helpful answer.
On other articles I can see the bookmark sign.

1 solution

Open the article, and look at the top right of the page.
Immediately to the right of the "Follow" button are the "Bookmark", "Print", "Get HTML", ... buttons.
Click "Bookmark" and it will change to a ticked bookmark.

You can view your bookmarked articles by hovering over your username in the top right of any page, and selecting "My Bookmarks" from eth drop down that appears.

Thanks for your quick answer. But there is only the "Print" button visible. No other buttons are present, neither the "Follow" nor the "Get HTML" or other buttons.

Can you give me a link to the article?

your link has only the "Print" button, too.
But this 'quick answer side' has the bookmark sign.

I guess it's a problem of the Internet Explorer. When I use Chrome the 'Bookmark' button is present and I can use it. So I will switch to Chrome.
Thanks for your support.

No problem - I can confirm it is IE: chrome I get it, Edge I (and my cat, a low rep member) get it. But in an IE tab I don't.
I'll report it to the admins ...
