I would suggest you contact the author of the article directly. Looking at the link you gave, his username is "frozen-solid" and there is a link to his bio which takes you here[^] where there is a button labeled "Send me a message".

If anyone can help, it should be the author.

What does "not work" mean? If you expect anyone here to help you, we need a better description of your specific problem.

If it won't compile, that's one kind of not "not working", that's "not compiling". If it doesn't appear to run correctly, that's either "not working", or "programmer error".

Assuming you can get it to compile, have you tried running it under he debugger to see what's "not working"?
