where was the handle of the dialog.
how can I get the text from this dialog dc ?

What 'text' do you need? Is it a caption (possibly the dialog's one)?

Solution 1

1. The HWND (handle) of the dialog is returned as the first parameter on every call to the dialog's message handler.

2. You do not get text from a DC but from any controls in the dialog.

Probably a good idea to check out the MSDN documentation.
