I want to prepare a device application and deploy it one of the device and transfer file from one device to another using bluetooth.

Solution 1

Bluetooth can carry tcp/ip.
So you have a very broad range of options available to you.

Kassons answer is one way to do it.

Here is some info on tcp/ip and bluetooth:

You can do a Google search[^], there are tons of info available
