Windows Explorer context menu for 2 files selected

I have a requirement that when 2 files are selected from Windows Explorer, the right click menu(context menu) should have my Context Menu Item. In other combinations like just one item/no item/more than 2 items the Context Menu should not have my Context Menu Item.
