Before, I can just close and open the visual studio to rebuild the project now, I cannot rebuild anymore.

Have you tried searching on the web for a solution. Google search - Problem generating manifest[^].

I would suggest you to try out the various solutions given in the link.

If you are still not able to solve it, you will at least have an idea about the various causes of the issue and can discuss them here. :thumbsup:

Actually i already google this problem,some of them saying its a bug.but no direct answer. hoping that there are vb.net developers that encounter this problem and share their solution.
I finally find a working solution, i change my OS to 64 bit..
