Creating a webset Project for silverlight 4 Application

Hi

I have created the Silverlight Application.
But right now i have to create a Installer for my Application.
I tried to create Installer for my application using "Web Setup Project" but i failled.
can anyone suggest me the steps to create a SetUp file for Silverlight4 apllication ?

About My application;-
1) Using Vs2010
2) Silverlight 4

Any suggestion or helpfull source Code Could you please send it to my following Id.

He is talking about deployment of Silverlight applications and not Silverlight as a whole. :)
