3-d secure implementation

Hi,
I'm about to implement 3d secure for my e-commerce application using c#. I've read all documentations regarding this but im still confused on how to start and implement it and I can't find a good sample code on how to integrate it with my application. Hope anyone there can help me.

It says: Implementation depends on payment gateway providers. You will have to contact their support or check their manual for it.
