Apache Tomcat 7

When I'm starting the Tomcat 7, it must be start twice. When I'm closing the Apache Tomcat 7 Properties or clicking Ok the tomcat will stop

While stopping service tomcat7.pid cannot be deleted, and that make the service to start with two attempts.

1) Run the tomcat7w.exe config util in tomcat/bin
2) Goto the shutdown tab and change the mode drop down from JVM to Java. I left the startup tab mode as JVM.
