"Choose an encoding" dialogue box appearing while opening aspx page in vs2010

Hi there,
When I try to open a aspx page in vs2010 it shows a "Choose an encoding" dialogue box. Not in all pages but few. Could any one help me to over come this problem. I'm a novice to asp.net.
