Connection Pointer is not being made properly in COM dll at 64 bit system.

Hi,

I am facing problem while connecting COM dll with server exe. FindConnectionPoint() function is returning CONNECT_E_NOCONNECTION .
Same project is working properly in 32 bit system. But after porting that project in 64 bit system, it started creating above problem. I think Connection Pointer by which FindConnectionPoint() function called is not being made properly.I am new to ATL/COM.
Please help me, if anybody have some idea about it.
