I want to display an icon/image and some desired text in the desired row of a datagridview for displaying report and form layout in Visual Studio 2005 and c# code. How should I do this?

Your best bet is to put a little bit of time into familiarizing yourself with the plenitude of resources out there on this topic. You can start with the MSDN Article[^] that describes column types, then Bing for answers depending on what direction you want to take.
