I want to display nodes with in a grid view to get another grid view

HI, i have requirement, i have a table to display in a grid view like

Sno name group age
111 ravi.k s/ w 23
222 laxmi admin 25

when i select a cell like s/w in group it has to get a node linking with that cell and display details

about tat group like

task assignedworks
.net 30
java 3
php 23

like this a value of a girdview has to be binded with another gird view with a link like a noe(like tree) for hierariche

Please help me in doing this

i have tried to add a tree view to bind a grid view. but that is not sa fair to do.

Solution 1

What you are talking of is Nested-Gridview.

Have a look at this article: Editable Nested GridView (All-in-One)[^]
It has more than what you are looking for. Go through it and see how nesting of gridview can be done.
