i want to make a relational diagram from existing database. for example i am make a database of no of tables. now at this our boss ask me maintain a relational diagram of that existing database but i am forget the structure of database and not know the relation between tables.
so at this time we require a procedure how we make a relation model using viseo software

It is intended for SQL2008, but 2005 follows pretty much the same procedure.

You could, like me, have found this info by Googling: I pasted your subject as the search term, and this was in the top three. Would have been quicker than asking a question...
