how to dyanmically bind ASPxGridView with datasource in devexpress

Surely your first place to look would be with the authors: DevExpress[^] - they will have a lot more experience with it than we will.

Voted 5. The obvious thing to do is to post there :-)
If you are using DevExpress - consider using their XPO orm too.

It wouldn't hurt to read through the documentation either as there is a whole chapter on the topic with lots of step-by-step examples:
ASP.NET Controls > Products > ASPxGridView > Concepts > Binding to Data

About a year ago, I worked with a team mainly consisting of developers’ allergic to documentation. This was an exasperating experience as nearly all work was accomplished by trial and error. Work that could have been accomplished in hours took days, and sometimes even weeks – and we’re talking about really easy stuff here.

RTFM may sound rude, but its good advice and RTFS often works equally well – no offence meant. Searching Google for RTFM gives you a fair number of hits, about 3.8 million – so it’s a fairly common response, sometimes used in anger, but mostly as a good advice. Good luck and happy reading!
