Hello, i want to be able to put an excel file on my web site and the user to be able to edit it like google docs, but i want it to be on my web site not to redirect them to another site, thanks!!

The nearest to that, that I know of, is Microsoft Office Live[^], although as you will see from the article in the link, you cannot edit on the web.

There is another MS product - Office 365[^] but I know little about it, other than it's existance and that it will be a paid for product.

Maybe someone else knows of a solution.

Agree with you, my 5. I personally think Microsoft office documents will remain pretty much unwelcome on the Web, despite the fact it's one of the most popular topics in CodeProject Questions (less popular in Answers :-)

:)
Purely by chance I encounterd this[^].

It is not free, but it does claim to be able to do what you want. Up to you if it is worth the price (I haven't checked the actual cost).
