Hyper-V unable to start Virtual Machine

I am using Hyper-V in Windows Server 2008 R2 system.
In Hyper-V I have installed Windows Vista.

When I am starting the Vista Virtual Machine Hyper-V is showing error that
it can't start the virtual machine.

What is (or are) the problem(s) I might have??
