How to increase Window service timeout value above 30 milliseconds

Hello,

when i start my windows service always i am getting timeout error from service manager console.default timeout is 30 milliseconds.
how to increase this timeout value above 30 millisecond.s

BTW, it is by default 30000 milliseconds.
