You should talk to the people who created it - Leadtools.com/[^] - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!

You are welcome, but I would try going back to them, including the answer you have, and explaining what you do not understand: that you are trying to do this from a C# program and can't work out how to do the last bit. (The first bit should be pretty simple)
They have your money, let them work for it! :laugh:
