Difference in tessnet2 OCR results for the same image but different applications

Hi,

I need to perform OCR on an image. I am using Google's tessnet2 OCR engine for this. I had created a demo test for the google ocr in the past(which was and is working perfectly fine). I used the test demo as a reference to create one of my app's OCR capable, which I successfully was able to. but I noticed a difference in the OCR results. The test demo had a much better result compared to the app's result. Both of them use the same tessnet2 dll. they have the same tessdata folder ie same version language library. Can anyone tell me why this difference in the results? and a way to improve ocr results?
