Considering that RAW is usually refered to the format of camera image files and FAT32 is a FileSystem, there is no such conversion possible.

If you're trying to convert a USB drive to FAT32 from some other filesystem, like NTFS, you'll have to reformat the drive.

If none of this makes any sense, you'll have to further explain what you have and what you're really trying to do.
